Having been a code CSS from scratch kinda guy it took some doing to get me on board with a framework, but here I am, I am a big fan of TailwindCSS. It's fast and easy to use and offers me and other developers a common language and way of doing things while keep sites completely custom.

AlpineJs has no build tools, no setup, just get coding and make cool stuff. I get the same excitement that I got when jQuery first came out.
